Listing your shop on the Zipedy app is easy! Simply visit our website and navigate to the "Partner with Us" or "Register Your Shop" section. Fill out the required information about your shop, products, and delivery preferences. Our team will review your application, and once approved, you can start selling through the app.

Zipedy focuses on the wellness sector, so if your shop offers wellness products or services, such as naturally grown herbs, edibles, natural supplements or beauty products, you're eligible to list your shop on our app. We strive to provide a diverse range of premium wellness options for our customers.

We want to support local businesses and provide them with a platform to reach a broader customer base.  Listing your shop on Zipedy is free*! We do however expect a minimum turnover per store per month (R500) to maintain a free account. We also offer a setup service where we do all the work getting the store up and running for (R350). There are no other upfront fees or hidden charges. We earn a commission on successful orders (15%), ensuring that we grow together.

When a customer places an order from your shop through the Green Central app, you will be able to accept the order. From there  reliable drivers will handle the delivery once the order is ready for pickup and to be delivered. You can set your preferred delivery radius and options in your shop's profile. We handle the logistics, allowing you to focus on providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Zipedy provides you with a dedicated dashboard where you can manage your inventory, update product information, and track orders. You will receive notifications when an order is placed, and it's your responsibility to ensure timely order fulfillment. Our user-friendly interface makes it easy to keep track of your shop's activity.

Absolutely! We encourage our partner shops to provide exclusive deals and discounts to Zipedy customers. It's a great way to attract new customers and reward loyal ones. You can easily set up promotional offers through your shop's dashboard.

Zipedy invests in marketing efforts to promote the app and the shops listed on our platform. We utilize various channels, including social media, digital advertising, and partnerships, to drive traffic and exposure to your shop. Additionally, our customer base actively searches for new and exciting wellness options, maximizing your shop's visibility.

Zipedy handles the payment processing on your behalf. Customers make payments through the app, and we securely process the transactions. You will receive payments from Zipedy directly to your designated bank account at regular intervals.

There is no strict minimum requirement for the number of products you need to list on Zipedy. However, we recommend offering a decent selection of products to attract customers and provide a diverse range of options. You can always add or remove products based on demand and availability.
