Zipedy Refund Policy

Thank you for using Zipedy – your local shopping and delivery platform.
We aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy service by connecting customers with their favorite local vendors. As a marketplace and delivery facilitator, Zipedy operates in partnership with independent vendors who are responsible for the products listed and sold through our platform.
- Vendor Responsibility for Products
Zipedy provides a platform that facilitates purchases between customers and local businesses. Each vendor on our platform is solely responsible for:
- The quality, condition, and accuracy of the items listed.
- Fulfilling and packaging your order appropriately.
- Handling returns, exchanges, or refunds related to the products they sell.
If you are dissatisfied with a product or received incorrect or damaged items, we encourage you to contact the vendor directly. Contact details are typically included on your order confirmation and are accessible via the Zipedy app or website.
- Zipedy Responsibility for Delivery and Service
Zipedy is responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing the timely delivery of your orders.
- Ensuring our delivery drivers operate professionally and safely.
You may be eligible for a refund only in the following circumstances:
- Your order was not delivered due to a failure on our part.
- There was a delivery delay or service error caused by our drivers.
- Your order was delivered to the incorrect address due to driver error.
- An item was missing due to our packaging or handling error (where applicable).
To request a refund for a service-related issue, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery time with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or other relevant evidence (if applicable).
- How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at Zipedy’s discretion after investigation of the issue.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the scope of our responsibility as outlined in this policy.
